Training again,
consecutive trainings are wearing me out.
I'msosososososososososotired.
In the morning, wind was alright,
I came back to shore,
my ears hurt,
cause I didn't put sunblock on my ears or face.
After lunch,
put like a lot of sunblock,
until my whole face white,
my ears are white,

After lunch, wind was crazy,
I estimated quite close,
I estimated 12 knots,
it's 13 knots xD
everybody started capszing again,
when in the hike out position,
wah, my ankle is seriously tortured my the hikinh strap,
and also, my stomach muscles, aching,
thighs aching,
STILL COME AND STRONG WIND.
So in stead of pulling in the sail while sailing haul,
when I'm picking up speed,
I ease out sail to slow down,
wah, I don't want to hike out already,
SO TIRED.
In the end, still capsize -.-
When you capsize and you upright your boat,
before you can climb in,
it capsizes on the ither side,
it damn sad,
it's the saddest thing that can happen to a byte sailor.
It's happened AT LEAST TEN TIMES FOR ME,
cause I forgot to loosen my main sheet when I capszied.

That's why cannot upright.
While trying to upright,
wah, I kena a lot of orh chehs on my upper arm already.
It looks damn damn gross.
And I also kena blisters,
More blisters,
wear glove already lah!
Thighs are seriously burnt,
for to apply sunblock on them.
Eyes are also burnt,
but I wore sunglasses!
Jiao lian scolded everybody today,

cause he is only strict out at sea,

But his PT is crazy,

My thighs, arms, stomach all muscles ache!
An american gilr joined us today,
she didn't understand jiao lian at all!

And she is dman good,
cause back in florida,
she trains in wind conditions up to 25 knots!
OMG! THAT IS CRAZY,
but she sails a laser,
so it's okay,
cause bytes will never be able to survive 25 knots!
TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY OF INTENSIVE TRAINING!
